Baby Equipment Rental Policies
NANA ENTERPRISES LLC RENTAL AND LIABILITY AGREEMENT - Please print for your records
This is a contract of rental agreement between Nana Enterprises LLC and all renters. The renters agree they have examined the items and will return them in the same condition. Excessive damage or misuse causing damage will be charged at replacement cost. Should any malfunction occur the renter must notify NANA ENTERPRISES LLC immediately for inspection and exchange of the item. Cribs are to be assembled, disassembled or moved only by NANA ENTERPRISES LLC personnel. Should the crib need to be moved from original unit or to a different room or resort, a charge of $40 will apply.
NANA ENTERPRISES LLC is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly from the use or misuse of our equipment.
The renter agrees all items listed on the invoices remain the property of NANA ENTERPRISES LLC.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation prior to delivery there are no charges due. After delivery refer to refund policy
REFUND POLICY
Items returned on day of delivery will be refunded at a rate of 50% of rental total.
Items returned after 1st day will be charged full amount of rental.1-1-2010
so some Hawaiian words are hard to say and spell!

For Kihei: kehei, kehie, kihie, keehay, keyhay, kehey
For Kamaole: maui kameole
For Wailea: wialea, wialaya, wylaya, yilaya
For Hawaiian: hawain, hawaiin vacations
